This project is currently in the ideation phase and is based on a fundamental principle: optimising productivity through rigorous process management (BPM - Business Process Management) and the strategic application of Artificial Intelligence (AI). Our goal is to develop a solution that directly addresses the inefficiencies and wasted time that exist in specific processes in SMEs in Portugal.
The long-term vision for BPM & AI is to establish a standard of excellence in operational efficiency, making the central region of the country more efficient and competitive. As we are still in the ideation phase, we are still defining our specific target customer, exploring the process optimisation needs of Commercial Directors and SEO Professionals as potential initial customers.
