This event was organized together with BGI (Building Global Innovators) and challenges students to develop a business idea that makes Earth a better planet. The students had the support of mentors, professors and startups. The proposed themes were “Smart Cities”, “Industrial Production Systems” and “Sustainable Land Use”. The event had the participation of five teams, who were involved in the Pitch’s that integrated the program, having won the PERCIPAVE team. The group presented the project for a permeable bituminous pavement with a double draining layer, to increase the resilience of cities to floods and droughts.
